Abstract

A 26 year old patient presented to us with a Traumatic subluxated cataract after a trauma with a ball while playing cricket. There was a 4 to 5 clock hour subluxation with severe drop in vision. We operated him with Phacoemulsification & CTR with CTS suturing with a 9-0 prolene suture and implanted a 3 piece Intra ocular lens with a perfect centration of the lens. Vision improved significantly postoperatively.
