Abstract
In this video, the author describes various challenges encountered during cataract surgery in hypermature morgagnian and sclerotic cataracts. The author also describes how these challenges were managed. Leaked lens matter in the anterior chamber, zonular weakness, extremely calcified anterior capsules, floppy posterior capsule in cases of hypermature cataracts are discussed in this video.
