Abstract

A 39y/o female patient came to opd DCH dhemaji with complain of pain photophobia DOV gross restrictions of EOM movement B/E with unilateral proptosis.on through examination and detailed investigation her iop was raised CT orbit showed b/L prominent lacrimal gland low tsh and high T3& T4. Diagnosis of thyroid ophthalmopathy was made and patient was started on systematic steroids and eye patch.medicine consultation was given for integrated management and patient was asked to follow up in opd.
