Abstract
A 54-year-old patient presents with a diminution of vision in his left eye. His visual acuity was 6/12 in right eye and 6/36 in left eye and after correction was 6/6 in right eye and 6/24 in left eye. Anterior segment examination shows a clear cornea and no cellular activity in both eyes, in left eye iris is adhered posteriorly. Left eye pupil was not dilated after using mydriatic drug. Patient planned for left eye cataract surgery and posterior synechiae braked and the peri-pupillary membrane was removed. Pupil become round and then rest surgery completed uneventfully. Patient examined post op day 1,7, 30 and put on oral and topical steroid drug and he gained his 6/6 vision in left eye.
