Abstract
60- year-old male present with a dimintion of vision in his left eye. his best corrected visual acuity in was 6/9 and 6/60. both eyes are pseudophakic. he operated both eyes 15 years back after onwards his vision was good in his both eyes. Gradully he developed diminution of vision in his left eye. on examination his IOL was calcified. he planned for surgery for IOL exchange. After surgery PCIOL is implanted in his left eye. the surgery was uneventful and outcome were releifing for the patient.
