Abstract
Purpose: To report our experience on a patient with atypical cogan's Syndrome. Method: A 13 year old male presented with DOV in LE since 6 days. patient was admitted and investigated and treatment was administered. Result: patient came with vision cf 3 ft had tension of 50mm hg with ingerstitial keratitis and uveitis. vitiligo patch on his left cheek for which patient is on tab methotrexate. patient had sensoryneural hearing loss and on echo cardiac abnormalities are seen after treatment patient is discharged on 6/6 vision
Conclusion:cogan's syndrome and atypical cogan's syndrome should be involved in the differential diagnosis of keratitis.Early identification and intervention of this autoimmune disease can minimize disability and irreversible damage
