Abstract
Crossectional,Observational study with100pts in 4grps G1-G4(normal,mild,moderate,severe respectively).OCT-A ANGIOPLEX-ONH&papillary vasculature done.Baseline characteristics compared. Average RNFL thickness(ART) was 94.28,80.36,69.52,58.44 in G1-4 respectively.Average flux index(AFI)was G1-0.43(0.03),G2- 0.36(0.03),G3-0.33(0.03),G4-0.30(0.02)(p<0.001).Average vessel density(AVD)was44.35(1.8),41.87(2.4),39.44(3.0),37.08(3.9)in G1-4respecrively(p<0.001). AVD showed significant +ve correlation with MD & -ve with PSD (p<0.001).Average RNFL thickness&AVD correlation were 0.87,0.93,0.84,0.94 inG1-4 respectively(p<0.001).Correlation between ART&AVI was0.93,0.92,0.92,0.94 in G1-4respectively(p<0.001).Quadrant wise comparison were also made for all the parameters.Reduced disc perfusion was correlated with structural&functional loss. Conclusion:There was a spatial correlation betweenOCT-A parameters&OCT RNFL thickness parameters&visual function measured by visual field testing in glaucoma eyes.
