Abstract
15 year old male presented with inward deviation of eyes since 5 years. H/o Electric Shock 10 years back. On examination, Anterior Segment – within normal limits. Both eye are fixating, no diplopia or Abnormal Head Posture. Hirschberg test (RE) shows 15 degrees. Cover test shows Outward deviation with central fixation of Right Eye on covering Left Eye. Prism bar Cover Test shows 30 PD Base out. Worth 4 Dot test – one red, 2 green, 1 white light. TNO test – stereopsis present. Synaptophore test – All 3 grades of BSV achieved and are normal. Planned Surgery – RE MR Recession and RE LR Resection. Post op Day 1 – Visual acuity BE – 6/6. Hirschberg test (BE) shows 0 degrees.
