Abstract
The innovative approach in managing phacomorphic glaucoma involved using a valved trocar cannula in a unique manner during phacoemulsification surgery. By decompressing the vitreous through a vent, the technique addressed both elevated intraocular pressure and shallow anterior chamber. This creative solution showcased adaptability in surgical techniques, demonstrating the importance of flexibility in managing complex cases like phacomorphic glaucoma. Such innovations enhance surgical outcomes and improve patient care in ophthalmology.
