Abstract

Cataract Surgery during residency training with skills to master phacoemulsification is every resident's dream. This video highlights the importance of supervision in assisting the residents to learn each surgical step meticulously. From incision to capsulorrhexis and nuclear management where most complications occur is described in this video. Managing the complications with the supervising surgeon helps build confidence in the residents thus the journey begins to evolve into skilled and expert surgeons.
