Abstract
Shallowing of the chamber intraoperatively can be danger especially when there is a Posterior Polar Cataract or there is a Posterior Capsule Rupture or patient with IFIS. This video highlights a very simple and very effective technique of using the cotton bud to seal the main incision while withdrawing the instrument from the eye. This prevents shallowing of AC and PC and also forward movement and rotation of Toric IOL. This is the magic of the cotton bud to plug the main incision.
