Abstract
Case report – Six-year-old female presented with bilateral healed uveitis, with bilateral band keratopathy with phthisis left eye. After part preparation epithelial debridement was performed over the area of band keratopathy. Very small cotton piece is soaked with EDTA solution and is kept on the cornea for few minutes. After removing the cotton piece, the calcific deposits are removed using rubbing action of a cotton bud. Clear cornea was achieved. Thorough irrigation. BCL is applied in the end.
