Abstract
This case report presents a rare occurrence of a painless pigmented black lesion above the medial canthus of the left eye in a 32-year-old female. Despite the absence of symptoms, the lesion was biopsied due to its unusual appearance. Histopathological investigation revealed pigmented basal cell carcinoma (BCC), a diagnosis uncommon in individuals of this age group. Then the patient underwent further excision and reconstruction with Limberg flap. This report highlights the importance of thorough clinical evaluation and histopathological examination in diagnosing and managing atypical lesions, even in asymptomatic patients.
