Abstract
we report a rare case of a 6 month old girl child presenting with complaint of abdominal distention and on Ultrasonography hepatomegaly was documented then Patient was referred for Fundoscopic evaluation that revealed bilateral milky white retinal vessels involving the peripheral and central pole vessels suggestive of lipemia retinalis on further laboratory evaluation patient had raised S.Cholesterol (695 mg/dl) and S.tryglyceride levels (7680 mg/dl) followed by which intensive statin lipid lowering agents where started.
