Abstract

Study design:Case series
Purpose:To assess outcome of pneumatic iridodialysis repair
Methods:4 patients of traumatic or surgical iridodialysis were injected intracameral SF6 in isoexpansile concentration and their clinical and visual outcomes were assessed at 1 month
Results: 3 patients had well attached iris at 1 month while in one patient iridodiaalysis didn't settle intraoperatively hence, immediate suture assisted repair…even this patients had well attached iris at 1 month follow-up.
Conclusion: Appropraite Case selection can lead favourably good outcomes of pneumatic iridodialysis repair.
