Abstract

Purpose-to study various clinical manifestations of tubercular optic neuropathy
Study design- hospital based cross-sectional study done for a period of 6 months.
Methods-study enrolled 40 patients diagnose with tuberculosis were examined for clinical manifestations of tuberculous optic neuropathy .
Results -The most prevalent findings of tuberculous optic neuropathy were optic nerve tubercle, neuroretinitis and papillitis other findings were compressive optic neuropathy,retrobulbar neuritis,papilledema
