Abstract

9 year old female patient presented with headache and diminution of vision in left eye since 1 month. on further evaluation visual acuity was 6/36 in left eye with no improvement with glass. There was light near dissociation found in left eye on pupil examination. On detailed evaluation affect pupillary pathway defect was found.
