Abstract
Golden Har syndrome or oculo-auriculo-vertebral is a rare abnormality affecting the craniofacial region having extracranial manifestations as well. Golden Har syndrome is classically unilateral. Our case was bilateral with classical features of bilateral Limbal dermoids, microtia on one side and anotia on the other, with bilateral pre auricular tags and mandibular hypoplasia. She also had fused cervical vertebrae with mild scoliosis. Bilateral GoldenHar is quite rare in itself. The patient also had a very large Limbal dermoid- the size of a lemon on her right side. We present the surgical video presenting the excision of this large Limbal dermoid and reconstruction with amniotic membrane graft. The patient had very good cosmesis and functional results.
