Abstract

Purpose: to highlight role of RF vaporization in management of eyelid nevus.
Method: Videographic documentation was done in a case of 22-year-old lady with lower eyelid hairy nevus, which was solely managed with RF vaporization. This video highlights clinical basics of hairy nevus, technique for RF vaporization, its indications, contraindications, its pros and cons over surgical excision and outcome.
Results: RF vaporization for hairy nevus of lower eyelid gave excellent functional and cosmetic outcome.
Conclusion: RF vaporization is minimally invasive effective alternative to surgical excision in case of hairy nevus.
