Abstract
Study Design: This case series is a retrospective analysis of two cases of ocular tuberculosis presenting with different manifestations. Purpose: The purpose of this case series is to highlight the varied clinical presentations and management approaches of ocular tuberculosis. Method: Data from two ocular tuberculosis cases were collected, including history, examinations, diagnostic tests (Mantoux, sputum analysis, chest X-ray, OCT, fundus photo), and treatments (ATT, steroids). Case 1: recurrent episcleritis to scleritis. Case 2: serpiginous choroiditis. Results: Results: Prompt initiation of ATT and oral/topical steroids led to regression of symptoms and gradual resolution of ocular manifestations. Conclusion: These cases highlight varied ocular tuberculosis manifestations, emphasizing early diagnosis, especially in endemic areas. Prompt ATT initiation and corticosteroid therapy prevent irreversible vision loss. Close follow-up ensures treatment efficacy and prevents recurrence.
